I made a registration there some years ago, but actually it was inactive. It`s site what needs serious recruiting and i just hate to recruit:-P But at summer i decided to give a chance and even upgraded. Too rigid to be succesful!

How open are you to your business? One of the golden rules is that if something works, stick on it. For example i like the traditions. If one site is ok for me, my loyalty there is limitless. But the modern market is dynamic. The inovations come every day, every hour, every minute. If you want to be succesfull, your task is to catch the attention to your potential buyers, refferals and etc. So all of us are provoked to be creative.
From the other side too much changes and expecially if they are fast can be boring and exausting. We all need some more time to create strategy, to analyze the things, to see the potentials and to decide if this works for us or it`s useless.
And it`s INDIVIDUAL.
Sometimes there are people who are so stick on their beliefs and business ideas that they look old fashioned and not enough adequate. I would like to mention the question about the reputation as example. If a site was marked as paying- this can continue long long mounths and even years even when this site is no more paying. And vise versa. If one site was aclaimed as SCAM -this can be spreaded arround even actually this site is not scam / if something is not suitable for you expecially -this doesnt make the program a scam/.
So using the power of the advertising we must be more opened and ready to change our mind, if we are not sure if we are right- we can allways suppose that we arent.
And to react, to be prepared for some more dynamic in our strategies.

Virtual boss, real boss

Do you like your boss? One of the sweetest sides of the online job is "be your own boss".So many people use this phrase succesfully in their campaign. When we work online, we have the freedom to choose our job time, to work as crazy or to be almost passive some days...there arent rules and norms here. I am a free spirit and also workacholic. Mad combination, but it works:-)
The problem comes when in most teams in the traffic exchanges the maddness is for numbers. Get big numbers, get them NOW, get them EVERY WEEK... And we often forget that the people are much more important then the numbers. I left the next team in my favourite traffic exchange because of something very simple. "MAKE THEESE NUMBERS"-said the demanding leader there and even wanted to explain her the reasons not to complete the weekly norm. Pardon? My respect to the ambitions of the leaders of some teams, but they cross too often the slim line. We are alive people, i will never be tired to remind it...again and again... We are not machines for numbers / some call them bots:P/ We sleep, we eat, we have our daily problems...and we have the FREEDOM to choose our time online and how much of it to dedicate to our marketing and surfing.
And the leaders who are too bossy forget something: this is INTERNET. They are not our real bosses...they are just online creators of something imaginary. And every imaginary thing can be easily turned into a dust.

The way we think predicts the situations. If we are pesimists, then we attract the malchance, including in our job. So let`s start our positive week trying to change something small and simple. For example: our clothes. Let`s forget about the strict business clothes -they make us to look solide and trustfull, but hide our individuality behinds the masks of the grey tones.
Well...this is online job. No need to be so official. Let`s try the magic of the colors and test how this influences our mood and success.
White clothes: suggest clean mind and emotions. Innocence. New beggining. If you start the week with white-this means desire to leave the past behind and to open the door for a new opportunity. If you wear white long time -you can feel lack of originality and fresh ideas.
Black clothes: strictness. Mask. Self-discipline and control of your emotions. You dont need this color if you work at home. Dont supress your emotion, dont hide them. Too much black clothes leads to depression and even desperation.
Red clothes: flow of energy and inovation. Use it. Be brave if this fits to your temper. Take some risks. Make experiments. Be aggressive in your promotions. Fortune smiles to the brave ones. Too much red clothes for too much time makes you exausted, so-dont abuse.
Green clothes: Healing color. Pragmatism. Very good for job. You can work and feel relaxation. More logic in your desicion then intuition. Good color if you need to analyze your business ideas and to create strategy. Too much green -too much realism - you miss some more improvisation in your actions. And you are not so brave to risk. You hold on the traditions and the old one.
Blue clothes. Good concentration and intuition. Your emotions are in harmony with your intelect. Too much blue for too long time - you can become passive and easily tired. Lack of enough energy.
Violet clothes. Not good for business. It`s spiritual color.
Pink clothes. You attract love, sympaties and protections. Cool...you need them when you want to find a lot of people. The only problem is that the pink color makes you careless, a bit little childish and shows lack of enough reliability. Sorry.
Yellow clothes. Self-confidence, strong mental power. You feel smart. Bad side of the color: selfish position and lack of enough empathy to the others.
Orange clothes. Combination between yellow and red. Good for short time. Too much orange for too small time exausts the others and the results are not the same.

Spring time! Time for cleaning!

How often do you change your programs? Do you easily leave something just because of the lack of results? Many people say that the key to success is the loyalty. If you are dedicated to something, if you work hard...the results will come -early or lately.
Ok.I agree. Nothing in the online business happens so easily and quickly as the 90% of the ads promise to us. Even when we invest some money-we must never expect that the others will do the work for us. Sure you know how painfull job is to promote a program and to get just some almost inactive sign-ups. From other point of view we need intuition and some reevaluation of our programs. Do all of them work? Do we get enough money for the job done? And if we see that the program is useless- then we must not have any doubts to quit it and to start something new. It`s like the old house stuff...too many things at home and we dont want to send them to the trash just because of sentimentality, lazyness or habbits.
But we MUST do this cleaning! Come on. It`s spring time, time for fresh programs, innovations, something better.
Make a list with the programs you are in. Create a table with some important questions and answer with yes or no. And later see the results. If your negative answers are more then the positive ones- send this program to the trash. NOW!

And Your monies will be refunded ASAP. All Subscriptions have or will be cancelled, and all payment buttons have been removed. The site will remain open as a traffic exchange for those wanting to use it for such purpose.

I truly wish this site would have worked out for everyone involved.

Sure all of us are very disapointed to hear it. I spent some days hard working to promote this Traffic Exchange everywhere. I even spent some of my personal money to made a serious promotion hoping that i will get return of all my efforts. The responsibilities of the leader

When you are in team- even online one- you must be more psychologist then a dictator. As the Traffic Exchanges include some elements of game -i will try to consider the things from a point of view of a gamer / i am more a gamer then a pro-marketer/. I have been a leader of top teams ready to do everything to win, even to use brutality. I have been a leader of loosing teams and know some of the mechanisms quite well. If one leader is too gentle- he risks to have a lot of passive people who will use his compromises forever. If one leader is too aggresive- he will loose respect very soon/ remember from the World History: all the dictators`victories are just temporary and they loose everything at the end, including their armies and life/. So in the money-making games the leaders who dont know how to gather and keep loyalty -are not winers in long term plan.
When we stimulate our referrals to stay active -we give them free upgrade, some rewards and etc. But one leader works with more then refferals. And this needs something more then some upgrades, credits and etc.
It`s so simple: the key is COMMUNICATION. Talk. Be in touch. Dont accept your team as tools to your success. Never forget that they are people and sometimes need to hear from you, to be encouraged, to show them that you care.

When you choose a new member -try to understand him better. Find some minutes to understand something more about him, including his surfing habbits. This will help you to know sometimes if and how he/she can support the team or to guess the reasons for his lack sometimes.
Before to decide to kick a member -analyze his potentials. The statistics mean nothing. They can be easily made up and down. But if the person is friendly, loyal, shows interest, help the others, gives initiatives...he deserves his chance to stay.
If you kick a member - find some minutes to explain it. Even shortly. Thank him/her for the good job. Leave the door half-open. Who knows, one day you will need him again...
The fatal mistake some leaders do is to replace the members of the team without any explanation. Silently. This is insult. Complete lack of understanding the social psychology. You loose a member. You win an enemy or at least a person who will accept you as somebody who doesnt deserve enough trust.
Do you trust your leaders enough? Why yes? And why dont?

Venus loves the money, attracts them, but also spends them quickly and spends more then earns...
Many people before to start a business, new job - consult astrologers about the most proper moment to do it. And this is not blabla. This kind of horoscope demands a lot of work and really deep analyze before the professional to give it advice.
There is also branch of the astrology called business/ financial/ astrology. The astrologers there analyze the mundane events at the business world, make prognoses and etc. Sure they have a very solide and interesting explanations about the reasons for the economical situation today.

Anonymously, personally for you, too personally

When we make business online, we never see our partners. Almost never. We dont make business lunches, dont meet them at our offices, dont sign contracts and etc. This makes the situation somehow uncomfortable. That`s why the usual goal is to makes the things personal. That`s the idea of the profiles, the sharing of some real facts of our life- this creates the atmosphere of trust. At the most sites instead of nicknames -we use the real names of our virtual employers and colleagues. This casual style of communication makes the things more friendly and stimulating for us to work. BUT! There is a moment when we really forget that this is Internet. Beeing obsessed too much- we forget that actually the things on the display of our computer are similar to theese things what happens at our real life, but they are not THE SAME. Of course, we earn real money and loose real money searching the best program for our success. But the feelings arent so real. There is always an element of еxaggeration, a game of the imagination what can be very creative when using for business ideas, but even desruptive in personal aspect. Just an example. I am really in a bad mood now because of the absolutely unfair kicking out of a team where i trusted the leader and liked the others. But must i feel this pain indeed? Who are they? Why this imaginary team and leader to control my mood and emotion? Actually they are not important. They are something temporarily.
So...a friendly advice. Dont throw yourself too deeply in theese things. Keep some dose of reason and logic.

Some risks in the so called teamwork

Disapointed! I was kicked without a reason from a team where i thought that everything is friendly and clear. I understand the ambition to be allways first. But i dont understand the PAINFULL ambition. Where the people sacrify some fun because of too much greed for money. So this entry is for all theese people who are addicted to the "success". What is the real meaning of this word? Money, lux, cars...so what? If there is not friendship, if there is not joy- so the price is bitter. We are people, not bots. We cant be active 24 hours 7 days weekly. We all have real job, families, friends...and too many other things we must have some more time for.
The team obligates...gives...demands...can we feel and find the balance? Or we became slaves of the surfing: more...and more...and more...untill our fingers, our minds, our time became too automatized by all this. I felt a need for rest. I was active, really active. I shared the hard work, the long hours racing, the emotions, the super credits, the sweet and the bitter moments. But this is not me in fact. I need more to make friends then to make money sacrifying friends.
Sorry, team...probably you are not MY team. And thank you for everything, including the kicking out.
No need to excuse. This is the law of the jungle. And the world of the money sometimes is a jungle. Pity. But fact.

Our profiles shows us as a real person, not only as program owner or promoter. So most people put there pics. Cool. This adds an element of personality. We have our first impression some seconds after we see something or somebody for a first time. In Bulgaria we have a sentence: "We meet the clothes, we send out the mind": this means that our vision is first, but the content is the last. That`s the reason to be so creative when we make "clothes" for our site. But do we the same for the pics in our profile? How do you choose yours? You put the first one you have arround or what?
As an element of the business psychology one pic can talk to the others. The pics for documents are not so wellcomed at the online job. They show you too serious indeed, formal. But this is lack of imagination and dont attrack. One smiling pic shows positive emotions, optimism, but also success of your business. The succesfull people smile more then thoose ones who are not. Family pics are also very popular. The message there is that you earn enough to make your family happy and you have more time for them.
Of course, many people including me are too shy or just dont look well at pics. So dont worry. You can allways use pictures of sea resorts, animals or cars - this works too.

The war of the bloggs

The power of the bloggs increases. This simple form of online diary can be very powerfull in the business. We can use our bloggs to earn from it, but also as a tool for revenge. When we have a position, we are free to claim it, of course. We can actually write everything in our diaries...even the most absurdish things we think. We can improve somebody`s reputation with our entries, but we can also destroy it. If our blogg is ranked very well, if we are popular and we have a lot of traffic and visitors, if we are members of a community- then our information costs money. Profits for us-this is incredible, but also a pain for the person we have problems with. Let`s imagine that we have a conflict- business or personal one- and we use our blogg to write about our enemy...No need to prove our facts, this is just a blogg, not the court...
But all who read our posts will have reserves. They can believe you or not, of course. But the negatives are fact.
Carefully. As i said before: the scandal sells you. But also it`s double-edged knife. You can hurt your business enemy, but you can hurt yourself too. So dont overdo. Some spices are o.k, too much spices are stomach ache.

For most of us to recruit is a battle. We spend a lot of money and time to find at least some people who are interested to be in your team. That`s why when we have a sign-up -we are so happy. But unfortunately there is a lottery. Soon we see that the people joined under us are inactive or semi-active...they just count themselves as numbers of our downline without to be a real part of it.
And soon we feel somehow bitterness and ask ourselves why theese people join then if they actually dont want to surf, click or whatever...
That`s why it`s very smart to stimulate our referrals and to contact with them. Many programs use the option to email your downline. This is excellent tool! Wellcome them, ask where they have seen your ad - this will help you to organize your promotions better. Some traffic exchanges have the option to transfer credits. Do it. Some credits to say hi, some to stimulate their active surfing and they will be glad to stay and surf for you later. Some use upgrades. You can pay for your referral`s upgrade. This is a serious stimul and later will return to you, because the upgraded referrals earn allways more then the free ones and also they almost allways have the possibility to get random referrals...what means that your downline grows...

Have you seen the flood of the ads about Vinefire? A new program where you can click on ads, vote or put your own. The reason for the global advertising of this site is that they promise to pay a record amount for referral: 50 dollars. You pay a simple fee for veryfing your account and actually you have a limit...100 dollars daily. Yes, that`s right! 100 dollars every day for clicking, voting and posting links.
Mmm...that`s the ideal program, you probably think now. STOP. Think twice. Now the bad reality: this is beta-version and they promise to start to pay...AT JANUARY 2010. WHAT? The explaining they give is that they want to try if this site will be succesfull and they dont want to close too early...
Then why the hell people to join there? Just to collect all theese imaginary money hoping that one day they will be reality in their accounts? For example 1 mounth- 100 bucks daily...and how much they will be at January next year? Who is this Rokfeller what will be so genuine and to give milions of payments to all theese people who join and promote so intensively?
So...i just wonder where is the catch? Just to collect theese 5 dollars for veryfing the account from the naive dreamers? Selling of pink baloons?
Everybody can risk without any fear 5 dollars...ok. But just dont loose your mind. I cant be 100% sure that this program is scam, but at least i have some doubts.

The power of the word DONT

We, the people are strange creatures. From the times of Adam and Eve we dislike to be prohibited to do something. So we instinctively do everything to break the rule -directly or indirectly. This is just another trick to make your program as the apple of Eden for them: make them think that they are stopted to try it. No, i dont mean theese stupid site owners who make their programs with the slogan: FOR WHITE PEOPLE ONLY, everybody else is not wellcomed / we talked about it.
I just mean to put FAKE prohibition -easy to be breaked, seductive and with the idea to make the readers to taste your "apple" with much stronger desire then if you give it to them directly. Just an example. If you make banner or page - you can put a fake button: DONT JOIN HERE...DONT CLICK...
Attention: Dont be confused to put something like the simple anticheat text links at the most sites. When they say: "dont click, this is anticheat test"- they mean exactly the same: this is really a cheat link and if you click, you will loose money instead of earn.
You can be creative. Put button or banner with a small wink at or aside of it...may be a gun what says: "Dont click or you are dead", "Your mummy said NO, so dont be naughty- DONT click..." there are so many opportunities, hope you understood the idea.

How do u react to the succesfull people? To the rich ones? If you see that somebody wins there where you fail? Nobody likes the failures, but we can learn a lot from them. At least one wrong strategy must be changed at time.
I have allways wondered how the people can be jelous. The success of the others can be stimulating and this is the practic what all the business people use: to stimulate the spirit of the competion. But at the real business the poor worker can see the super car of his boss and this can leave a bitter feeling in him and make him instead of stimulated- desperated. At the online business you can never be sure that the success of somebody is really success and not just a trick to make you join.
No need to be jelous. The online marketing, all theese ads can be allways tower of sands - and most of the facts are just a illusion-created to manipulate you. Nobody will join a program if there are not all theese positive suggestions: testemonials of happy people, smiling pics, pics of resorts, cars, houses and all theese signs of wealth.
A lot of wise books recomend the power of the positive thinking. Instead of beeing jelous- better wish the best to the people, who promote their programs online. It doesnt matter how and if they are really rich and do the things better then you. Be glad for them. The smile allways works better then the sorrow.

I tried, upgraded and i am proud to inform you that they really paid me when i met the minimum of 20 bucks. I was impressed about the really fast payment. The scandal sells

This is fact! You see the daily life, you see the news, you see the most popular faces...they want attention and use everything to get it. The scandals are good way to be in the centre of the attention.Just an example. When we are cheated by a program - we are ready to invest the same money and energy to destroy their image then we use before for support them. We made campaign, banners, write daily at the forum about the scammers. The paradox is that we actually make a favor to the owner. We bring to the program traffic, visitors or even people provoked to try, to see with their own eyes is this true or not.
A friend of mine wrote in her blog a scandal material. And because of the active promotion of this blog -she got visitors and even comments. This is important! It`s much better to get negative reactions / Google dont judge if the comments are good or bad, this is traffic and activity/ then to be ignored.

So use it in your advertising campaign, if you want to say that your potential readers have a choice and this choice is to join your program.

First i found it very stupid. Why they share with so much people an information what must be qualified as a bank secret. Do the people just like to feel themselves powerfull and to cuddle their ego with the compliments of the others? And who cares about the money received by somebody unknown from the other part of the world?
Actually this is a method for manipulating the others. And it works. Most people are prone to believe to a document then to some words. And all of us when see full account with payments -think that this program is really reliable and we can trust our eyes.
Be carefull. Our eyes can be easily lied by just some simple montages with PhotoShop. But of course, you can use the method when you promote: as i said, it works:-)

Leader or follower?

Are you a leader or follower? It seems that the online job depends of your individual efforts, but not at all. Actually you depend more of the others . Personally i am very independent one. So if somebody is too dominative as a leader- probably i will be the first one to be in a conflict with him. I have really unpleasant bosses in my daily life, so i will not be so submissive in my virtual one...But actually the rules of the success demand some more control. If somebody is too gentle- he can be a friend with everybody, but he will not be enough succesfull in the goals of the team.
When you plan to lead a team, first start as a follower. Analyze your leaders, how do they behave, what kind of methods they use...and learn from their mistakes too.

Get paid to search

There are some search engines what pay their members to search and use them. Some paid to click sites also offer paid to search section. It sounds a good way to make a lot of money, if you are active online and use the search engines regularly. You can even install a toolbar to your browser to make it easier. The main problem is that the advertisers again target the opportunity to the people from "rich white world" ignoring the other one. And that makes theese programs somehow discriminating and not so popular to be promoted. The other controversial factor is the uniqueness of the clicks. As different of the normal programs / Traffic Exchanges and paid-to-click ones/ theese ones dont accept as unique the search made once at 24 hours. They have their own criterias, not yet so clear. So you can search as crazy many sites and at least to see in your account just 2 or 3 unique clicks to be paid for. If you ask the owners for a clear definition what search they accept as a unique - probably you will get not so clear answer too.
This is ridiculous!
So...better use the old good Google:-)

When the people are not at work, they have more time for online surfing. To stimulate the activity many sites use different promotions and contests. The rewards are seducing: cash, free upgrades, free referals and etc.Sometimes some more active hours at the weekend promotions can save you a lot of work at the entire week.

The Alfa of the marketing is to find the right product and to promote it at the right place with the right methods. So what is your product? The product what the most people try to sell is information. All theese sites offer not direct material things, they sell know-how methods and it depends of you how you will benefit from this information.
Forget about selling and promotion e-books. As i said before, nobody will pay for something what can be found everywhere for free:-)
Your idea is to find sign-ups for programs. The most direct and easy to promote programs are paid-to-click/pay to read ones/ or PTC sites/. They are easy because the rules there are clear and you can see immidiately the results of your job: "if they pay 1 cent for clicking 1 ad - i clicked 5 ads and see 5 cents in my account".
It`s almost the same at the Traffic Exchanges. Very easy to promote because of their popularity and different bonuses. Your task is to find thoose Traffic Exchanges what are good ones and really work. The problem will be that they are also largely promoted and you must find an original way to be noticed at the sea of promoters. To find the right place to find referals. And of course, to be very active and creative.
The most difficult products are the affiliate programs and the matrixes. They need much more time and many people accept them as forms of MLM. That`s why many sites write at their home page: THIS IS NOT MLM OR GET-RICH SCHEME. The difference between MLM schemes and the affiliate marketing is that the second one offers something real: usually any services. At the MLM-s people just send a certain amount to other people at the list, the names rotate themselves and /if it happens/ the person gets money when he comes at the top position.
Before to choose your program to promote- think carefully about the chances to do it. When you choose the product- analyze the market carefully. Is this suitable? Where?

If you are adventurer who risks some money- o.k, join the race with the running clock. Catch it. Buy the offer. But if you are reasonable person who cares about it investions -think twice. Analyze it. Where do you run? And why?

You! Yes, YOU!

Do you want to feel special? This is another weapon of the marketers. They try to create the impression that you are special. Most simple tip is to write their emails with their OWN names and to address to you calling YOUR name. First time when i saw a tittle of email: "Hi, Daniela, Mike here"- my first feeling was that this is not a business email, but a friend`s one. We all open emails from friends, but delete the others because of the flood of spam arround. Use your small name, this will at last confuse the reader and make him to open. Many sites, expecially the safelists use two variants for their email: to address it standartially or personally. And the subscribers to the site got personally addressed email with their short or full name / it depends of their registration and of the choice of the sender/. It works, try it.
Another trick is to use the word: INVITE. You dont sell. You INVITE somebody to join. Many advertisers also put the phrase: "expecially for you".../for example: "the price expecially for you today is..." or "you were choosen..." or "you win"...bolding the word YOU.

Anti-cheats

Unfortunately many users choose really the "easy way"- surfing and clicking bots. Of course, this is not fair and one of the worst results of this cheating is that very big part of the world is geographically discriminated and not wellcomed at many programs. I allways take it personally when see at one interesting program: "no users from Bulgaria ":( From the other side the companies have their right to pay for real job done, not for cheating. So they use tests or anticheat. They must assure that the person who clicks or surfs is a real human and not bot. First time some years ago when i saw the sentence "just check to be sure that you are a human"- i laughed loudly:)
There are several anticheats. Most use numbers. You click on the right number and earn your money or credits. The problem is that sometimes theese numbers use so terrible fonts that you just cant read it or you feel tension in your eyes. It`s much better to use "match the pictures"-it`s almost a game and personally i prefer to see funny pics then numbers. And the third way is to answer to questions with true or false. Theese questions must be easy or to have a hint: true or false. A lot of international members speak a bit little English, they are not proffessors. And the idea is not to test the knowledges, we are not at school:-)

EASY, FREE, MORE

Theese are the three magic words in the marketing campaign. When you post an ad -your goal is not to SELL, but to SEDUCE. Many people dont like or even dont have too much time to do a hard work, so almost all prefer the easy money instead of the too complicated methods of earning. So when you make offer to them -do it as easy as you can. Dont forget also that a very big percent of the people who want to make money online are not richies who do it just for fun. There are many poor or jobless ones who really hope that this is their chance. From the other side all who have been scamed at last ones online have the complete right to be reserved and even pesimists. That`s the reason a lot of companies to use trial or as it`s the phrase : "try before you buy". For example i registered at Traffic Exchange , got a free upgrade for 1 mounth and saw all the bonuses. In the end of my trial i will probably renew upgrade, because i liked the site and dont think that i can use it maximally if i continue as a free member.

You can be really flooded by their flash banners and adds...you are charmed...you want to feel yourself in Las Vegas and to test your luck. No need to do a JOB for theese sweet money, mmmm, you can have them having fun. You invest some bucks and win a small amount. What a joy! Now you invest some more bucks...you loose, but you still believe that you will return everything. At the end you play va bank and risk: everything or nothing. You are so addicted that when you calculate the end of the game, your credit card is empty.
DAMN! This is like at the real life. The gambling is something dangerous. You can never trust enough your luck. And you must REMEMBER: this is not a job and theese casinos want to profit from YOU instead to make you rich. When you play against alive people -if they are not a cheaters, you can hope that your skills are better then theirs or just to rely on their wrong strategy. But online you play against programs and they never work for you, they work for the owner of the casino.
Be smart. Dont spend your money for something so foolish and risky.

Internet gurus

All of us have met some names as Mike Filsaime, Darren Olander, Ewen Chia and etc and etc. You can make them almost everywhere -directly or not. You meet their quotes...there books, tutorials and whatever were promoted everywhere. You allmost are forced to believe that everything what they say, suggests, advice is like the Word of the God of the modern marketing.
Awake! There are no marketing gurus. There are not universal recipes for everybody. Theese people are proffesionals, no doubts. No doubts that their reputation was created long, long years and it works for them. And there are a lot of money involved here. But STOP. You are not Mike...you are not Darren...you are YOURSELF. And this is your leading criteria. No need to buy their really expensive books or at least if you buy- dont accept everything as 100% gold coin.
Test again, open your mind, dont be afraid to learn and to try.
Good luck in this new adventure. Yes, the bussiness marketing can be really exciting adventure if you dont accept it just as cold struggle for some more cash.

As i said: almost every good opportunity for making a good income is limited for people from USA, Canada and the Western Europeans.The reasons are some:
It`s naturally one serious business company to look for solide and financially secure customers. Most of the people from Asia, Africa and East Europe dont have too big wallet to pay for their products. And it`s also normally SOME businesses to be targeted because of the regional and economical factors.
From the other side unfortunately / i am ashamed to say it/ most of the cheaters come from the poor countries. The Asians are at 1st place, but we from Bulgaria have no so good reputation too.
Ok...i understand. But who can be sure! We live in 21-th of century, for God`s sake! And must overcome the predjuces. If i am Bulgarian-does it mean that by default i am poor or cheater?

We are new and undiscovered territory. If you are inteligent, you will probably accept us as a new possibility for your future development.

You can make a good income if you just complete offers. This can be also a good way to buy a refferals for your program. If you sign-up -you must perform the task of the advertiser and then to wait an approvement. It`s similar then the GetReferals sites, but the difference is that the site owners control and even mediate the most offers. You are not paid directly by the advertiser. That`s the site owner who gets the money, puts the offer and controls the process. This allows some more accuracy and guarancy that you will get something for something. Some people really make serious money from it. There are sites with many offerts, free, trial and paid.
The bad new is that the international offers are just few. Theese sites unfortunately work for Americans and Canadians only. How pity.

Global Content and Associated content

Do you know the grandparents of the modern blogging?Their names are Global Content and Associated Contents. I am not sure if they are still online. Theese sites paid for articles. You write an original article and they must approve it. Later they put a short review and everybody pays to use it. There is a small fee if somebody just downloads the article for private use and a possibility to resell /partially 0r completely/ for much more money the copyrights of the material. Mmm, it makes you almost to feel like pro-writer...BUT! The sad fact is that they have a limited access to the international members and almost NEVER approve you if you are not from USA. It doesnt matter what are you writting about and if your material is good, interesting and etc. If you are not from the privileged country- just forget. The trick is that they never claim it officially. All are wellcomed, but not all are wellcomed...did you understand me? I know, you did.
We shall discuss about it later too.

Ranking

This is a system of evaluating you, your bussiness and site. Google and Alexa ranks are very popular. In depends of your popularity you get more traffic for you and potential customers. Some payperposts and pay per blogging sites approve you just if you have a good rank. Other sites use the system of ranking in depends of your activity /Traffic Era and Traffic Pods use PV points. personal value/ and stars/. People with more stars have additional bonuses to their traffic and some extras/. If you surf there a certain number of sites, you will get your status of honoured surfer -it doesnt matter if you are upgraded or no. Some social networks as PyraBang and Yuwie, the bloggs and the forums give the readers and the advertisers the possibility to rank the posts. Some even pay for quality posts ONLY if the rank is enough good. They make it to assure that the posts they pay for are not only blablabla with some words. That`s why it`s important when you make a registration, to create as much friends there as you can. Be communicative and active. Make a impression. Let them know and remember you.
Actually this is subjective factor of evaluating. You never know. But be creative. Can you?:)

Know-How

Every beggining is difficult, so we need some initial tips. There are so many tutorials and e-books how to be succesfull marketer that you can be totally confused. NEVER pay money for them. Or re-sell them hopping to get your percent of the sales of e-books. Why to buy something when you can have it for free? Many site put e-books and tutorials at their pages for FREE download. They also send regular reports to your email with some advices. This is very good practice. The site are interested to have you active at them, not to leave some days after the registration. So they are supportive with some information. If you have more time, read it and analyze it carefully. May be you can find some new ideas. But soon you will notice that most of this info is one and the same everywhere. Better test for yourself what and if it`s really proffitable. There are not universal progams for everyone. Some suit better for you, others-no. To create your winning scheme of program needs more time and the most simple method is to try-to make a mistake-to get a lesson from your experience.

Are you a winer? Everybody wants to win. The human ego needs to compete and this is one of the main rules in all businesses including the online ones: to compete for a reward. All the programs use contest to stimulate the activity. The clock races in Traffic Era / havent you join there yet? You dont know what do you miss! Check the old entries for the link/ are my favouritest. There are refferal contests everywhere. This is one more stimul to be active in the site promoting. The usual rewards are also good. But from the other side you can be upset when you see one and the same people to be on the top. This makes the competition pointless! They are proffesional marketers from many years and invest a lot of money. Then for God`s sake where is the equal chance for everybody? Well...dont be sad. You gain, you always gain. At least some bitter or sweeter experience what works and what no.

Social networking

There are places where you can meet some new friends without to sound as rude promoter of your program. Remember! You communicate with people, they are alive, with their own interests and ideas. Open yourself. Let them know you. Make a profile. If you are not too shy, put your picture or at least your own name. This is a good strategy even when you use a simple promotion of your page. But it works better when you first create your own group of friends. You never know where and when they will help to you.
There are some ways to meet friends. Target your interests, this increases your chances to meet people who have something common and you have some topics for discussion.
Visit forums. I have been a member in MyLot - forum what pays per posts. This was a good program for me some years ago, but it decreased the payments and it`s not so effective. You get some money there to participate in the discussions and to create own ones. You comment and rank the others`posts too. It is funny because of the variable discussions and if you like to have some relax. Not too profitable as money making method.
It`s almost the same in Yuwie. You create a page and support it hoping that the others will visit it. Most of the Yuwie people are there to make fun and to chat, not to make money. But stay there if you want. At least you need some rest of the boring business work, dont you?:P
In many guides for marketing they recomend to create a signature with your links. It works. If you are active -the people will know you. They will have an impression about you and may click on your link even because of curiousity to know you better.
