Referral or not?

For most of us to recruit is a battle. We spend a lot of money and time to find at least some people who are interested to be in your team. That`s why when we have a sign-up -we are so happy. But unfortunately there is a lottery. Soon we see that the people joined under us are inactive or semi-active...they just count themselves as numbers of our downline without to be a real part of it.
And soon we feel somehow bitterness and ask ourselves why theese people join then if they actually dont want to surf, click or whatever...
That`s why it`s very smart to stimulate our referrals and to contact with them. Many programs use the option to email your downline. This is excellent tool! Wellcome them, ask where they have seen your ad - this will help you to organize your promotions better. Some traffic exchanges have the option to transfer credits. Do it. Some credits to say hi, some to stimulate their active surfing and they will be glad to stay and surf for you later. Some use upgrades. You can pay for your referral`s upgrade. This is a serious stimul and later will return to you, because the upgraded referrals earn allways more then the free ones and also they almost allways have the possibility to get random referrals...what means that your downline grows...
Offer your advices, help if needed. Let them know that you care. You can also offer to them your other programs.
