All of us who are active surfers in the Traffic Exchanges-see their surfing interupted by a page with this message. Or text link. The idea is to be provoked to think that this is the usual bonus page or link and just to CLICK it. Actually this is a page or link of the promoted page and it`s not a part of the Traffic Exchange you surf at the moment in. It`s annoying for me expecially, but from the marketing point of view it`s good trick to attrack the attention. If you confuse the surfer that this is a bonus page -he will for sure click your site.
But to confuse doesnt mean to attract sympathy -so use this method if you want, but better use your pages as additional ones to the main exchange.And tell it to your readers. Create a working combination, create a method who will allow two or three of your programs to work in combination.
