Leader or follower?

Are you a leader or follower? It seems that the online job depends of your individual efforts, but not at all. Actually you depend more of the others . Your downline and upline depend of you-and vice versa. Are you a individualist? Do you work better in team or allone? When you join a team -what do you prefer:to be a leader or to be leaded?
At Traffic Era i saw that at our team is as a family. Most of the people there know each other from other programs and the group allways reacts with empathy to the smallest changes in it. Most of them say that the leader of the group made them winers too. And they experience difficulties when he is not online...to react to the problems or to give a stimul...or to invite new members ...or to kick the inactives.
Personally i am very independent one. So if somebody is too dominative as a leader- probably i will be the first one to be in a conflict with him. I have really unpleasant bosses in my daily life, so i will not be so submissive in my virtual one...But actually the rules of the success demand some more control. If somebody is too gentle- he can be a friend with everybody, but he will not be enough succesfull in the goals of the team.
When you plan to lead a team, first start as a follower. Analyze your leaders, how do they behave, what kind of methods they use...and learn from their mistakes too.
