Anonymously, personally for you, too personally

When we make business online, we never see our partners. Almost never. We dont make business lunches, dont meet them at our offices, dont sign contracts and etc. This makes the situation somehow uncomfortable. That`s why the usual goal is to makes the things personal. That`s the idea of the profiles, the sharing of some real facts of our life- this creates the atmosphere of trust. At the most sites instead of nicknames -we use the real names of our virtual employers and colleagues. This casual style of communication makes the things more friendly and stimulating for us to work. BUT! There is a moment when we really forget that this is Internet. Beeing obsessed too much- we forget that actually the things on the display of our computer are similar to theese things what happens at our real life, but they are not THE SAME. Of course, we earn real money and loose real money searching the best program for our success. But the feelings arent so real. There is always an element of еxaggeration, a game of the imagination what can be very creative when using for business ideas, but even desruptive in personal aspect. Just an example. I am really in a bad mood now because of the absolutely unfair kicking out of a team where i trusted the leader and liked the others. But must i feel this pain indeed? Who are they? Why this imaginary team and leader to control my mood and emotion? Actually they are not important. They are something temporarily.
So...a friendly advice. Dont throw yourself too deeply in theese things. Keep some dose of reason and logic.
