Virtual boss, real boss

Do you like your boss? One of the sweetest sides of the online job is "be your own boss".So many people use this phrase succesfully in their campaign. When we work online, we have the freedom to choose our job time, to work as crazy or to be almost passive some days...there arent rules and norms here. I am a free spirit and also workacholic. Mad combination, but it works:-)
The problem comes when in most teams in the traffic exchanges the maddness is for numbers. Get big numbers, get them NOW, get them EVERY WEEK... And we often forget that the people are much more important then the numbers. I left the next team in my favourite traffic exchange because of something very simple. "MAKE THEESE NUMBERS"-said the demanding leader there and even wanted to explain her the reasons not to complete the weekly norm. Pardon? My respect to the ambitions of the leaders of some teams, but they cross too often the slim line. We are alive people, i will never be tired to remind it...again and again... We are not machines for numbers / some call them bots:P/ We sleep, we eat, we have our daily problems...and we have the FREEDOM to choose our time online and how much of it to dedicate to our marketing and surfing.
And the leaders who are too bossy forget something: this is INTERNET. They are not our real bosses...they are just online creators of something imaginary. And every imaginary thing can be easily turned into a dust.

No more teams, thank you. Sick and tired of "BOSSES"!
