Reality Networkers

I made a registration there some years ago, but actually it was inactive. It`s site what needs serious recruiting and i just hate to recruit:-P But at summer i decided to give a chance and even upgraded. The results till the moment are: i paid one-time fee of 25 bucks and earn at my 1st level -40 bucks. So i am in profit. BUT...
Actually this is site where all promote together to build their own huge downline. Your upline must help you to build your downline. You do tasks and earn commissions when you complete them. When you reach higher level - you can promote your own programs and you get developed downline to all of them.
Sounds fantastic indeed? The money are in the list...You need only 5 paid referals and later when you complete the full matrix and all the tasks -you have multiple streams of passive income.
Great...great...great! Ahh...stop for the minute. It`s not so easy indeed. Let`s analyze it closer.
As at the other affiliate programs you have unique ref link /they call it teaser/. You can promote your own ads or use theirs: almost 50 headlines and text bodies. You can use database of more then 1300 safelists, traffic and ad-exchanges. You can read also 60 success reports where the people share their stories, experience and tools.
This is valuable. The main idea of the site is to gather experience and knowledges, to learn. The money come later.
So...i started and still promote Reality Networkers. I am just stubborn and curious to see why this program is so popular and many people promote it.
At 1st level you need to make 5 paid referals. After serious daily promotions i gathered mine very quickly. The people really like this program and join the trial very quickly because they really think that theese are easy money. But actually very small part of them upgrade. So the problem comes to convince them to upgrade.
At Reality Networkers the collective work means almost everything. You must help the others if you really want all of you to success.So i write to my referals often , consult them and hope that one day they will activate their membership.
After a mounth i got my 1st level completed - 5 paid referals - and my 1st commission of 40 bucks. And this is THE GOOD NEW: REALITY NETWORKERS REALLY PAY. So if you want honest paying program - join here!
For me the trouble started at level 2. There the task is to help your 5 paid referals to make their own 5 referals. You can gift some of yours to support their promotion and to complete their level 1 faster.
Sounds good...the power of the collective work.
But what if a part of them are just lazy asses hoping to get all the profits without to do anything? I have 2 serious members at my frontline what promote very hardly and i think that soon they will be ready for the next level. But unfortunatelly the others 3 are...grrr...no comment. Now the bitter truth is that if i want to progress, i must create allone all THEIR downline. And this is a pain. This is unfair. I am hard-worker indeed. I am generous and supportive too, but if i see that the person on the other side works with me together.
Well...no more moaning...May be you will be more succesfull then me with this program? Try it and share your ideas and experience, may be i miss something.
